This is not available for those who attend single days Food and snacks ​We do not provide food or snacks. All children must have a small snack with lots of water. We have a strict NO NUTS policy due to a number of members having serious allergies. All lunches will be checked and any products containing nuts, hazelnuts or may have traces of nuts will be removed and given back at the end of the day. ​ What to wear Children should wear loose comfortable clothing such as jogging bottoms and a t shirt. Please bear in mind it gets very hot during the summer and we suggest they bring shorts they can change into and a cardigan or jacket for warm up as this keeps muscles warm and loose before training.  No earrings including studs are permitted under the British gymnastic insurance policy.  ​Additional Info ​Very Limited numbers available.
