All classes are paid via a subscription plan with class 4 kids.
Notice to cancel a subscription plan needs to be given by email by the 15th of the current month to be cancelled as your last month's payment.
Initial failure to make a payment will result in a £10 late fee added for the next months payment and if this occurs twice, your child's space will be designated to a child on the waiting list.
Any class changes can only occur if there is availability and requests to do so must be done in writing by the 15th of any month.
The club membership fee is non-refundable.
Members must hold a valid British Gymnastics insurance policy or gymnastics Ireland to take part in any classes. It is a parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure the child is actively insured and this must be purchased from British gymnastics directly.
Any refunds agreed will incur a 4.8% administration fee which will be deducted from amount paid. The £25 club registration fee is not refundable at all.
Members must hold a valid British Gymnastics insurance policy to take part in any gymnastics classes, this does not include circus classes. It is a parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure the child is actively insured. This must be paid directly to BG, and the parent must register their child themselves on British gymnastics website or the insurance will be invalid. Certain actions will invalidate a BG policy and it is the parent's sole responsibility to ensure this does not happen. Policies that remain unpaid in the parents BG basket, are classed as uninsured.
Classes not attended are forfeited. No refunds will be given. If the gym is forced to close for any reason including but not limited to pandemics, disease, natural disasters, fire and, theft members classes will automatically be transferred to an online class unless due to a local/national lockdown in which case the class will be re ran when the term resumes.
Classes missed, cannot be made up due to coach to child ratios.
Strictly no parents/carers permitted in the gym at any times, unless attending parent assisted classes.
Please do not approach coaches with questions. Any urgent matters must be reported to reception. All non-urgent matters should be sent via email for the attention of the coach to rainbowgymclub@outlook.com.
All gymnasts must have their hair tied up and be wearing Rainbow Gymnastics Uniform. No jewellery is permitted for safety reasons. No exceptions. Bare feet ONLY in the gym. No socks are to be worn unless a foot infection is present - only sports grip socks can be worn - not bed sock style fluffy ones.
Children should arrive accompanied by a parent/guardian no more than 5 minutes before their class time and be picked up promptly after class. Missing a warm up session may be deemed too dangerous to attend the rest of the session. If your child arrives after the warm up is complete they may not be allowed to attend that session as it is deemed a safety risk.
Offensive language, swearing or aggressive behaviour towards rainbow staff or other members will not be tolerated from parents or children.
Parents must not distract their children by waving/banging on glass, as this can cause serious injury to the child if they loose concentration while on certain apparatus.
Rainbow gymnastics reserves the right to refuse participation if violence or bullying occurs to another child.
All children with medical conditions must provide a medical action plan and children who use epi pens or inhalers will be denied entry to class without medication due to the health and safety risks for the child if a serious incident occurs.
Camp bookings can be amended where possible, however a fee will apply.
Missing camp bookings due to illness, cannot be made up elsewhere or refunded.
