Please note all bookings must pay a one off fee of £20 club membership per year (July to July or £15 if joining from April onwards) AND must purchase insurance directly from British gymnastics. Gymnasts are not permitted to join without a current insurance policy with British Gymnastics.

This class is suitable for boys and girls ages 5+ and is 60 minutes long. This is a class suited to both beginners and those with some gymnastics experience.

​The coach leads a warm up on floor which includes both games, stretching and fundamental gymnastic shapes

​The coach then splits the class into groups who continue on to apparatus work at bars, beam, floor and trampoline.

​The rainbow motto is fun based learning environment which is safe and allows children to develop confidence and physical fitness.

Recreation Gymnastics classes consists of:

Vault, Bar, beam, Floor, Rings, aerial equipment, hand apparatus and trampoline and foam pit
