Venue Notes
Find us just as you leave Dundonald, heading towards Newtownards on the carriageway. We are the next left turn, after Dundonald High School. Turn immediately left again into Gilnahirk Tyres, and drive right to the end of the block of businesses. We are the vert last one of the row. There is additional parking around the far side of our building.

This class is 45 minutes long and is for boys only.

Please note all bookings must pay a one off fee of £20 club membership per year (July to July or £10 if joining from April onward) AND must purchase insurance directly from British gymnastics. Gymnasts are not permitted to join without a current insurance policy with British Gymnastics.

​A mix of parkour, mens gymnastics and free running this classes uses bars, rings, parallel bars, pommel and trampoline to develop strength and skills in gymnastics and flips and tricks in our 12,000 square foot facility with specialized gymnastics equipment.

Taught by British gymnastics men’s artistic coaches this class is very popular with boys. Boys classes allow children to develop strength, flexibility and coordination skills in a fun and energetic environment.
