Venue Notes
Find us just as you leave Dundonald, heading towards Newtownards on the carriageway. We are the next left turn, after Dundonald High School. Turn immediately left again into Gilnahirk Tyres, and drive right to the end of the block of businesses. We are the vert last one of the row. There is additional parking around the far side of our building.

This class is for dancers or gymnasts who want to focus on floor skills such as back handsprings, front and back tuck and aerial cartwheels.

To join the class, Gymnasts must be able to do:

A good round off
handstand to bridge
bridge kickover
1 handed cartwheel
