Improver Gymnastics
Ages: Typically 7+ (or by coach invitation) | Duration: 60 minutes

Our Improver Gymnastics class is ideal for children who have mastered the basics and are ready to build on their foundation with more challenging skills and techniques.

This class focuses on:

Developing strength, flexibility, and coordination

Refining core gymnastics skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges

Introducing more advanced progressions on apparatus including floor, vault, bars, beam, and trampoline

Encouraging focus, resilience, and body awareness

With small group coaching and structured rotations, gymnasts continue to grow in confidence while working at a pace that suits their individual development.

Entry is based on coach recommendation or assessment.
