Venue Notes
Find us just as you leave Dundonald, heading towards Newtownards on the carriageway. We are the next left turn, after Dundonald High School. Turn immediately left again into Gilnahirk Tyres, and drive right to the end of the block of businesses. We are the vert last one of the row. There is additional parking around the far side of our building.

Rainbow Gymnastics adult gymnastics class provides a fun and challenging class for those who want to get fit but are looking for an alternative to the gym. This is a semi – structured class which will start with a fitness gymnastics workout, stretching, lines with basic skills and then apparatus.

​This class is suitable for beginners and experienced ex gymnasts. 

​With our 18 metre trampoline track and various foam pits, bars and extensive equipment you will be sure to find this a fun and dynamic way to get fit.
