Recreational Gymnastics (Teens)
Ages: 12+ | Duration: 60 minutes
A relaxed, inclusive class for teenagers of all levels. Whether brand new or returning to the sport, this session focuses on skill-building, fitness, and enjoyment. Gymnasts train across various apparatus, improving strength, coordination, and overall physical confidence in a supportive group setting
Please note all bookings must pay a one off fee of £20 club membership per year (July to July or £15 if joining from April onwards) AND must purchase insurance directly from British gymnastics. Gymnasts are not permitted to join without a current insurance policy with British Gymnastics
